I love this place. It is a fitness community, not just a gym.
There is an intention from all of the staff from enquiry to coaching to genuinely meet you and assess your goals, all the way to carrying them out. They champion young children, all the way to older adults in instilling values and appreciation for the sport.
My child is excelling and setting personal goals which has never happened. This I believe is being produced by the culture and leadership and I am so grateful. I highly recommend taking advantage of the free trial classes. You will be back.
