Welcoming, great workout, close to home, good pricing, fun
It's been more than a year here at the gym, and the investment is really paying off. this is due not just to the excellent staff, but the other gym members, also invested in the betterment of the whole crew. It's neat. The guy next to me on a bag today gave me a different perspective on how to turn over my hip for a kick - stand up taller, and aim higher with the lead in jab/cross, so that my kick will also land a bit higher (which was my target, but I was having trouble hitting it). It's a ton of little adjustments, but I'm getting there. At the end of class, another member who had obviously been there a while, based on their power and technique, came up to me to say my own technique was good today. That was neat. We're in a community where we're actively helping each other. It feels like a family, which is what I want in a gym.
People are very friendly and please feel very welcome.
Everyone, no matter who you talk with, is so nice and encouraging! Wild Style works you hard and make fitness plans to your goals. Wild Style has provided me great building blocks to my health journey and given me more confidence in myself.
Kept us fully active, while teaching us new skill and helping us get the punches and kicks correct! It was fun and upbeat.
