Such a good and inviting space, challenging class and then mindfulness/peaceful at the end. Somewhere I'm hoping to spend a lot of time at!

I appreciated the warm welcome and tour of the studio by the owner. The over all atmosphere was inviting with the lounge area, tea offering, and so much natural lighting from the patio. I enjoyed Suzie’s class immensely. It was well planned with an inspiring theme and engaging flow. The other owner thanked me when I left. I will definitely be coming back for that class and look forward to taking others.
