Wildlight is an incredible asset to the community and such a welcoming and positive place. The HIIT classes with Cassie in the mornings are extremely challenging but I find myself going back. The Yoga classes have so much thought and care put into them and always leave me feeling better about myself and others. I love going here and have recommended to multiple people because Wildlight is just that special.

I don't mind at all. First two things welcoming environment and staff. The class was mellow as I imagined based on my impressions from Instagram and exactly what I was looking for. I'm recovering from several injuries and surgeries due to surviving a bad fall. Recovery takes time and I need a practice that is easy enough to be sustainable. It seems my search could be over. Thank you 🙏
