Great environment. Legit teachings. Jeremy is very encouraging and funny which helps tremendously. Awesome location. Very welcoming. I love that it's not strip mall soccer mom yoga and there's a plethora of teachings that stray from the vanilla offerings of some places.

This is a wonderful space. When you enter you feel the energy and the peace. Jeremy, Kristen and all the teachers are incredible, very knowledgeable and classes for all levels. The virtual classes are something I look forward to everyday. Meditation and the afternoon classes have helped me get through the shelter in place, I have also loved the Yoga Empower classes, I had not taken them at studio, I take them ever time they are offered now. Wildlight has helped me immensely both emotionally and physically.
