My family and I recently moved to Winston-Salem from San Diego CA. I was looking for something my daughter and I could do together and one of my employees suggested yoga. I searched several yoga studios and found yours. Last night my daughter and I had a wonderful experience. When we arrived Jeremy greeted us, and was so very friendly and helpful. Not knowing what to do and how it all works he was very kind in showing us where everything was and introduced us to the teacher. We both felt much more relaxed, along with feeling welcomed. I highly recommend your studio and my daughter and will be signing up as members. Thank you all for a great experience!
