I love this studio-everything about it! However, during some of the classes, the noise from the reception area is very distracting. When classes are in session, please make an effort to use quieter voices and less kitchen noise in the front room.

I thought the instructor's important point about focusing on yourself is so important. Also, I appreciate his effort in letting his students to go on their own pace and take their time/break if they needed to. I appreciate the water break when I needed the most. I also love the cooling cloth. Thank you for amazing session!
