I went in for a bikini wax and Alex was very nice. She was friendly and talked to me during the process so I was more focused on the conversation instead of the pain. I will be back to see her soon!

Not only did she listen to me carefully and work on what I needed, but she even was able to answer questions and help me prevent these problems in the future.
