Sarah led the class. She did a good job encouraging the class as a group and individually. There are options to make it easier or more difficult. She’s very sweet person. I really enjoyed the class
Because of the owner Kelly she's always incredibly nice and she's there if I ever need her all the girls there are super nice very professional
It would be great if the price went down a little bit more.
Always a welcoming, loving atmosphere - the classes are challenging and fun, my body and mind feel rejuvenated afterward, and everyone is always kind and encouraging :) makes my practice really nice
Knowledgeable teacher who planned and taught a solid vinyasa flow. Good vibe to the studio.
