• I always have a great experience. I did have to wait this time almost 10 minutes past my appt, late previous client. Maybe if they're more than 5 min late and someone is waiting they get bumped.

• I used to see lanette... which I think she no longer works there. But I'm seeing a new girl, wish I could remember her name but she is AMAZING. I'm new to waxing and I wasn't 100% happy with it. Now that I'm seeing this new girl I'm so much more relaxed and happy with my results. Please know how wonderful she is!!!!!
