• Professional, friendly, on time - and although I was in for a training appointment both the trainee and her "supervisor" were very nice, and I walked out with a smooth Brazilian. Slight hiccup with the trainee which I think is to be expected (got to learn somehow), but she was again very professional and her "supervisor" helped out when she needed it. They chatted with me a bit, felt like hanging out with friends.
