• I genuinely felt appreciated and taken care of by every single person I interacted with - from the woman who helped me schedule last minute, to the woman who greeted me when I arrived (a bit frazzled because I was late) and made me feel so welcome- to my esthetician who was kind, professional and gentle. I loved it all. I am a busy mom who doesn't always have the finances or time for waxing - so I have been saving for this opportunity and it felt SO DAMN wonderful because of the experience you all delivered. Thank you for making me feel worth spending that moment taking care of me. In comparison to my previous waxing experiences at chains, this was remarkably different in the very best way.

• Love this place! The location is great, the shop is cute and clean, and the ladies here are so kind and helpful. I especially had a great experience with Nicolette. She does a great job of making the process comfortable and keeping me distracted with conversation- I was quite literally laughing while getting waxed! I'll keep coming back :)
