• From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by Norman, who took care of me like I mattered, which isn't something I have ever felt before at a hair salon. He was attentive, and extremely educational. He made me feel at home immediately and I was very comfortable with him handling my hair. For the first few minutes, he got to know me and I expressed to him what I liked, what I knew I did not like, and he gave me his advice and told me exactly what he was going to do and why he was going to do it. He took me through the process step by step before doing anything, and I was immediately at ease. I am not someone that does a lot to my hair, and he gave me the perfect cut for someone that is low maintenance and he helped me love my hair again, as I had gotten it done somewhere else previously, and hated my look for months. I had my reservations about trying out a new hair salon, and I remember not wanting to show up to my appointment as I was nervous and uneasy, but from the moment I stepped into the salon, all of that disappeared. I loved Norman so much that I immediately made a follow-up appointment and my confidence has definitely creeped up since my visit. I can't think of a single thing that I would change about my visit. Everyone was pleasant, the salon was impeccable and beautiful and I am looking forward to trusting this team with my hair for a long time.
