  • I finally found the person who can cut my hair the way I wanted, Neil! I absolutely love the Bob cut he gave me. I have been trying for years in San Diego since I moved here from Spain to find someone who could do my hair the way the hair stylist that I had in Madrid did. Finally!! Neil is the person. I would recommend him to anybody who wants the best haircut!
