• i called the salon last minute, and sarah did everything she could to try to get me in but wasn't able to for obvious reasons however got me in just a couple days later without any hesitation. she attended to her appointment on time and was very attentive and sweet to me. explained everything she was doing and why she was doing it. she wasn't pushy with products but was informative and i ended up getting some anyways. i've had a lot of bad experiences w salons and this has been the best. i will be back for sure.
