• I do crossfit. I also live with a handful of medical conditions that make staying hydrated challenging. The B vitamins and extra boost of fluids helped me regain my energy and the hydration helped me get through my day and keep on top of my fluid intake needs. It's something I plan to continue doing for the foreseeable future.
