This was my first time going to get a massage. It went very well.! When it was finished I felt so much more relaxed and the areas that I needed work on, it totally helped my body feel so much better... I know it is not going to be completely well after one time, but it has certainly made a big difference. Now even the next day I am not feeling overly sore. And woke up much better... hands are still a little tinkling but not like it was days before... thank you
