Susan did an excellent job. She explained the program clearly and I felt no "pressure" or hyperbole. She took her time and the session did not feel rushed. Upon leaving I had no questions, everything was clear. Additionally, from the moment I entered the building EVERYONE that I encountered was very cordial. The initial evaluation process was also quick. It was simply an enjoyable experience overall. Despite having my BS detector on high alert- I'm happy to report that no *BS was detected. (*brazen subterfuge) 😃
