• The instructor, Jennifer was phenomenal! Her philosophy really hit me of just being how we are (in much more glamorous way.) Her instruction of poses made me feel safe and comfortable. She instructed the class to do w2 and assisted my pose and completely changed the pose for me and not just the pose. I've been battling left hip issues for years now and something shifted with her instruction and I felt a very relieving pop. My muscles around the hip are sore from it today but my range of motion without pain is shocking. 3 years of pain just to find out a simple shift in a yoga pose (one I practice everyday) could help and give me that stretch I've been looking for!! Thank you Jennifer! The whole place was very welcoming from the moment I walked in the door! I will be back and recommend to everyone I can!
