• Jo is a teacher who is very human, caring, clear and collaborative with her students and makes everyone feel welcome and encouraged to look within rather than at what the pose looks like. This is a breath of fresh air when compared to so much of yoga that is about the pose itself. Over the past year she (along with the others of white dog) has worked tirelessly to ensure there is a service for all students. Everything is done with the student at heart
