They checked in with me on my first session, used my name throughout the class and when speaking with me, checked on my recovery and made me feel valued. Each class was appropriately challenging and I left feeling like I had a good workout. Highly recommend white dog to anyone wanting to join a welcoming, friendly and inclusive 'gym'. ❤️
