• Of course Shea. You are very lucky to have her she's does Best haircuts in Fairfield County. She has cut my hair for 15years and in all that time I have always been happy. As a matter of fact whenever I go to someone else my hair just doesn't look as good. I now travel over an hour for her. The other reason I like Whip is the people who make the appointments. They are very professional and accommodating.
