• I normally don't write these but I really have to give credit to Olivia, she was phenomenal, she really took the time to find exactly what I was looking to achieve in color. I couldn't be happier with the result. I came in just for highlights, but she suggested a Bilage with highlights. I've had highlights before but she really listened to what I didn't like about them and helped me find what would work for my hair and the look I was going for. This was my first experience with whip and I can't wait to come back.
