• 1. The appearance/decor of the salon is nice and so is the overall atmosphere. 2. The attention and care given to each client that walks in is top notch with a friendly greeting and an offer of water. 2. I don't think I've ever seen anyone wait more than 5 minutes to either be greeted by their stylist to inform them if there's a delay or to start their service. 3. The work done is of quality from what I've observed with other clients and myself. 4. Overall, I believe the salon is well rounded with a level of professionalism that you don't always see in other establishments where there may be a lot of talent but could use work on people skills and learning how to handle clients. 5. I've been coming for a little over a year now and everything mentioned above has remained consistent.
