• Everything was clean and everyone was professional. However, I felt like the woman who washed and hydrated my hair could have done a better job. I would have liked if she asked if there were any itchy spots on my head and to wash around my edges too. My hair just did not feel clean, especially my scalp. Also, it would have been nice to have my hair detangle post hydration. It would be nice to be asked if my scalp feels okay before applying conditioner.
