• My entire experience was pleasant from the time I arrived to getting serviced. While waiting to be serviced, I was greeted by both the receptionist and the person who was going to service me, Shontae. Upon arrival, she was delightful and communicated with me the entire time I was there, from waiting to sitting in her chair. Shontae did a braid removal service for me, and I had very small knotless braids, but that did not deter her from doing a great job. She was also super gentle with my hair while being quick and efficient. I would definitely come back for another service!
