I went in with some serious lower back pain, from working in the garden the day before. It was difficult to walk. Ardy took the time to listen to my concerns. Even though she does deep tissue, she explained to me how she treats the specific problem areas. I was expecting painful pressure points, but that was not the case. She was able to loosen the knots and by the end of the session, I was able to walk normally again. She even asked me if it would be ok to place an ice pack on my back while she continued working on other areas. I will definitely be coming back.
