Atmosphere was very relaxing. MT was professional and did a great job! I appreciate the sign about masks, removal of shoes, and signs reminding low voices. The facility was clean and relaxing.

Chance is so good. He pays attention to detail and problem areas. Such good pressure and very professional! The only reason for the 9 rating is because there were very loud people outside in the lobby. A bit difficult to relax until the quieted down.
