Easy to schedule the appointment; another wonderful relaxing massage; warmed sheet coverings; soft background music and low lighting, (though my eyes were closed). I asked for little bit of peppermint essential oil and my therapist was prepared and accommodating. Couldn't ask for an hour any better spent. I've been going to Westwinds for over 10 years and I'll be back soon.
