I've never had a bad experience there! This last time was especially enjoyable, however (well as enjoyable as it can be having body hair ripped off by the root). Victoria was quick, gentle, and effective. She also has an awesome personality, which help ease any awkwardness of exposing my lady bits. I've tried other waxing places, but I always come back to West Side. Reasonable prices and an amazing staff-what else could a girl ask for??
