• West coast training center is a very friendly family oriented gym. They have the best trainers , whom motivate u and make u feel comfortable every step of the way. The owner amanda is the sweetest most genuine person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I would absolutely recommend west coast for all your fitness needs.
