• Another client interrupted me and the owner as we were discussing my prognosis for an upcoming doctor's office visit. I was also talking to them (Tina and Susan) about how to handle ongoing appointments. The other customer's telephone number was wrong in the system. I gleamed her issue had been previously fixed; but the client went on and on. Even after she left, this client nearly ran into me in the hallway as she raced back up the stairs stating she wants to go to the bathroom before her session starts. It's not the 1st time this has happened over the years. I understand that the elderly clients; especially in affluent areas feel privileged. Even on Saturday- another elderly client bumped me out of my appointment slot. I am "easy going" about this because I am off of work. Once I resume working, I will be on a tighter schedule.
