In my entire 30 years on this earth, I’ve not once treated myself to a professional massage. My experience with Alanna was fantastic and made me realize how “broken” my body was. In the days following the treatment, all the errant aches and pains that had become part of my “normal” had disappeared. I have more energy and my mood is notably improved. I’ve become a massage therapy convert! Next up for me is acupuncture and I can’t wait to see how that goes. Wellness on Whyte is also located in a great location. The building is well maintained and clean. This spa is the very essence of tranquility and peace. Highly recommended!
