Harry is knowledgeable about muscles and how they behave and misbehave. He cares about helping his clients succeed in their sport without shaming or telling them to stop like I've gotten from other therapists who aren't active in sports. His information was timely and I'm implementing the stretches and hydration and eliminating the coffee.
