Sandra was wonderful! She explained the basics of acupuncture and how the whole body is involved with facial rejuvenation and wellbeing. She emailed me more information and recipes as my eating habits are not ideal. Although part of my first session was consultation, the remainder was devoted to acupuncture and stress release (my words). I felt very energized after our session and I'm looking forward to the next one!
