The facility is always clean. I feel safe and welcome. Leslie is who I see and while she is always professional, it is also like coming to see a friend. The front staff are always so helpful. I am partially blind and struggle to see the screen when paying and the front desk staff never have an issue helping me.

The treatment itself was great and the esthetician experienced, open and pleasant. When I called the reception the day prior about descriptions or differences between facial treatments to see if I had in fact selected the right one for my needs, the info was incomplete and did not leave me confident in my choice of service. Luckily, upon arrival, the esthetician recommended a different treatment for me..
