The atmosphere is so welcoming and the work done by the RMTs at this clinic is second to none. Also, I appreciate being told where the washrooms are as soon as I check in. I know it's a little thing but then I never have to ask (which I don't like doing)

The staff are very friendly and polite. Very clean place. The environment is very calm and welcoming. I always leave super satisfied of my facial treatment and the results are noticeable the next day. Katarzyna is a wonderful and nice person. She is very caring and love her customers. Noelle is AMAZING and the front staff are lovely. I really enjoy the vibes (smell, cleanliness, and music) in the front entrance and waiting area. The hot towels are the perfect touch to massage. In the past, I've had a facial there which I really didn't like and the sacred rain massage was kinda weird. But everything else I've experienced has been great.
