I spent most of yesterday walking around my (smallish) apartment without my cane. I did pay for it with a little more pain in the evening, so I'm using my cane slightly more today. When I came in for my first acupuncture treatment with Debbie Hutchison on October 1st, I'd been totally dependent on a walker for 6 months. Freedom!
