I rarely give a 10. As someone who ran my own business, you can always improve your customer service, services offered, packages, timely promotions and prices. I never gave myself 10's. You do a very good job but one thing I might recommend is have more wall hangings explaining and promoting all your services. I generally don't read emails much anymore since I'm retired so I know I miss out on a lot of what's going on. Never forget the little things you do can be important to your clients.
