Interesting question = well, Wellness Concepts is the first and only place I've had a massage at. The lobby was clean, had a pleasant scent, and all the while playing some of the top 10 Zen tunes. Additionally, the lobby time was short, the massage was relaxing. Thanks

Sometimes I think you need more help at front desk. I called last week and got put on hold for ten minutes before I hung up. No one ever called me back. Maybe you should say, may I call you back, instead of, will you hold please.
