The degree of technology that Wellness Concepts makes available to practitioners for diagnosis is impressive, and the benefit to patients include quick feedback and limited time and cost to access additional testing centers. After seeking help from medical specialists for post-COVID related symptoms and no answers, I made an appointment with Dr. Jill who had successfully treated me with acupuncture for minor injuries (knee pain, arthritis, and back pain) several times at Wellness Concepts. Dr. Jill ran tests in her office during the first visit and diagnosed the symptoms of Long Covid, and she had been treating patients with similar issues since the COVID outbreak. She addressed symptoms with acupuncture and herbs, the holistic approach I prefer, and the benefits were immediately noticeable. Her knowledge, experience, resources, current research, and technological approach are impressive. She and her team have provided the emotional support and reassurance that every patient should experience during a lengthy recovery period. Every visit continues to be beneficial, and the ability to heal through acupuncture and a natural approach is truly amazing.
