Its my experience sence I have WORKED were the office and front desk is when i was able to work, AND the better your personality , YOUR ATTITUDE IS WHEN YOUR PATIENT'S walk through that front door the better your business is going to be.... i dont care how busy you are or what you are doing , if you are anywhere near that person comming in the door as your customer....that patient pays your salary and if they dont get treated right, eventually you'll be looking for another job...... you ask why i choise that score ???ALL BUT ONE OF THE GIRLS I NOTICE DOESNT SPEAK TO ANYONE AS THEY COME IN ONLY WHEN THEIR CALLED BACK TO A ROOM, but she's ok i mean shes not rude and i think shes ok. as FAR AS DR. HEATHER. OMG YOU COULDNT ASK FOR ANYONE MORE CONCERNED... SHE AND I HiT IT OFF AND I THINK IN TIME SHE WILL DO ME SOME GOOD .. ok now the good dr who adjust me . i feel like i have finally found someone who care and not just in the business to ....as my husband says pay for the fancy car and beautiful home. the only thing i dont like about the office is the way in which i have to pay ... yes i have had to do the same thing the girls do there and then i have made another app for the patient and they left knowing that part of their grocery or gas money didnt stay in our office .. but this way you all have cash to pay and do with as needed the patient doesnt..... i just know with experience and the attitude of people when they are talking in the front while waiting to be seen .. they would rather not have to pay up front... i myself dont have any idea when to expect my money from the insurance company, and no one there knows either, probley no none in this office is on a fixed income meaning s.s. disability , its rough really rough, but i need the help and i feel like i am getting it all comes to my managing a chiropractor office for 4 yrs, and being voted the # 1 chiropractor office 4 yrs in a roll!! this office gets a 10 from me !!!!
