The friendliness of the staff was very professional and welcoming at the same time. They took time understanding what my concerns were and how best they could begin to alleviate my pain. They genuinely care about you when you walk through the door. Basically, if I don't feel comfortable when going to a new clinic I don't go back. This clinic ticked all the boxes for me!
