• My calf has been tight for weeks, almost completely locked up. I came in on Thursday and Laney worked it. I had a technical 50K on Friday and decided to just go easy and as soon as it felt off I'd call it a day and volunteer. Basically just get some miles. My leg felt the best it has in months, I ran 20 only stopping due to heat. My leg still feels great today! Please tell her an extra thank you!!!
