The score I gave begins with the front desk staff. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, efficient and a pleasure to speak with compared to staff in similar positions at the majority of healthcare locations. The providers I have seen and worked with thus far were similarly impressive. I felt listened to and very supported in helping meet my needs, and never felt that I was just a means of making increased profit for the business.
