There are a couple of reasons: 1) my massage therapist. Honestly, if he goes, I'll track him down and visit him on the side. I'll still use you, but only because the govt covers my cost. I'll happily come out of pocket to pay for access to him. 2) Sema/Sima...I'm sure neither of those is the proper spelling of her name, but she is ALWAYS willing to help me out. She's proactive in scheduling and the very epitome of Customer Service. Honestly, whatever you pay her is probably not enough. 3) Dr O. Excellent at what he does.
