I love that that when I walk in the door, the front desk knows me by name! They greet me as I'm walking up and say we've got you all checked in Candy. That really makes me feel like part of the family there. As I've said before, Chad is exceptional at what he does and I love that before we even start he really takes the time to see if there are any new issues with my health or any concerns that I have before the massage.
