I think the staff is friendly and very helpful, the facility is extremely clean. The only issue I have is I wish they would continue to honor my lifetime membership of $49 that I signed up with over 10 years ago. I know a lot of loyal clients who have been there for years who are very unhappy with the choice they've made to increase our monthly payment.
