I love the facility, the staff and most of all my massage therapist, Nellie. She knows me, asks me if I have any concerns that need attention and shares her observations during our session. She also offers great advice on addressing any concerns or issues she may see. We are "on the same wavelength" in many ways; I've felt comfortable with her and confident in her ability and knowledge since the minute we met.
