The receptionist was nice and welcoming. Susan, my massage therapist, asked specific questions on how I'd like my massage and accommodated me accordingly. Overall it was a relaxing environment and a great experience.

She's very knowledgeable and gave me some great tips to help with my pain from my shoulder surgery and some wonderful stretching techniques.
